Dale Earnhardt Diecast Never Before Available

  As a member of the NASCARMedia, I get emails that just don't seem to make their way to many people, but I feel might hold some interest to my readers. Today, I got one such email, regarding a diecast currently being made available by Lionel NASCAR Collectibles.
  The car is a 1978 Ford Torino sponsored by Cardinal Tractor, and driven by Dale Earnhardt at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 28th of 1978. It is the first Ford he ever drove, and the first car he took to a top ten finish, in what is now Sprint Cup, at the Firecracker 400 at Daytona, later that year.
