Bruce Cook, one of Jersey's own, crewchiefed Clint Bowyer to the win today in the Camping World Truck race at Kansas. The win was very special to Bowyer as Kansas is his "home" track.
While the win was the first for Cook in the Truck Series, it wasn't his first of the season. He was also the crewchief for Tony Stewart's win in the Nascar Nationwide race at Daytona.
Before heading South, Bruce Cook was one of the top competitors in the Street Stock division at Flemington Speedway in his number 84.
It was also Bruce's birthday this week. So Happy Birthday Bruce, and congrats you are really make Jersey proud!
