The first practice is over for the Sprint Cup cars at Pocono and the results for Martin Truex Jr. are not good, or are they. The number 56 NAPA Toyota was the 26th best car in practice.
This is the first weekend for the new qualifying procedures in Sprint Cup where your speed in the first practice determines the order in which you qualify. There are those who feel some teams may purposely under perform in the first practice to get a preferred spot in the qualifying order.
