The Big-Blocks are back at Bridgeport Speedway tonight for the George Wingate Classic. This will be the first appearance of the year for them, following a decision over the winter to remove them from the weekly racing card.
The night will actually feature two Modified features, as the Big-Blocks run a 25-lap race for a $3,000 winners purse, and the Bridgeport Modifieds also run 25 laps for a winner's share of $2,500.
Grandstands open at 5PM, with racing starting at 7PM. Admission is $25, while children 12 and under are free.
