First Time Winner on NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, Jersey Driver Has Good Run

The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour saw a first time winner on Saturday at Riverhead Speedway. Justin Bosignore, who was the 2010 Sunoco Rookie of the Year in the division, brought home his first win by leading 158 laps. The win was extra special for Justin as it came at what he considers his home track, Riverhead. He is currently second in points in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modified Division there.
The rest of the top ten was as follows:
2) Todd Szegedy
3) Ron Silk
4) Ryan Preece
5) Doug Coby
6) Rowan Pennink
7) Jamie Tomaino
8) Patrick Emerling
9) Bobby Santos
10) Richie Pallai
On the Jersey side of things, what a great run for Jamie Tomaino and his Supreme Manufacturing Chevrolet team. They have had a rough couple of years, and maybe a run like they had yesterday will help them get their program turned around.
