While most race fans in New Jersey are familiar with Wall Stadium's weekly Saturday night of racing, many don't seem to know, or remember their "Cruise Nights", the last Friday of every month. If you are one of those who have never made your way to the track for one, or you just love seeing classic cars, hot rods, and race cars, then be sure to make note of this Friday.
The "Friday Night Cruise Night", at Wall Stadium, gets underway at 5pm, this Friday, July 29th. All types of cars, classics, hot rods, and custom cars will be on display in the paved pit area of the speedway. They will be joined by several of the race cars which compete at the track most weekends. Spectators will be able to walk around and check out these great machines while enjoying music played over the p.a. system, and enjoying food available at the concession stands.
Those bringing show cars to the event will even be allowed to take a lap around the high-banked speedway, led by a pace car.
Perhaps the best part of the evening is that it is all free. This is a great way to enjoy a Friday evening as we anticipate another great Saturday night of racing at our favorite Jersey short track. The weather should be good so don't miss out on a nice, and affordable night at Wall Stadium.
